7-Week ADHD & Executive Function Parent Summer Reset
This 7 week course combines practical, evidence based executive function strategies with the support of a small, connected parent community. Through 7 live Zoom meetings beginning June 17th and meeting weekly on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM CT / 4:00 PM PST, parents will gain a deeper understanding of their child’s ADHD and learn supportive tools and systems to strengthen executive function skills at home and at school.
By the end of the course, the goal is for you to be able to launch into parenting through an Executive Function lens. This is a matter of trusting the process and believing in your incredible ability to learn the skills you need to support your neurodivergent child.
Let’s get started!
You’re in the right place if…
This past school year left you feeling like the constant homework manager, reminder system, and emotional support for your child—while also feeling like you had to tiptoe around overwhelm, shutdowns, frustration, or unpredictable emotions related to school.
You’re ready for things to feel different next year: less conflict, less exhaustion, more connection, more independence, and more confidence in how to support your child with ADHD and executive function challenges.
You may be here if your child:
Forgets assignments, materials, or deadlines
Struggles to start homework without constant prompting
Gets overwhelmed by multi-step tasks or projects
Has difficulty with time management, planning, or organization
Avoids schoolwork, shuts down, or melts down around homework
Has ADHD, executive function challenges, giftedness, anxiety, autism, or learning differences
Seems bright and insightful, but inconsistent in performance
You are ready for:
Feeling more like your child’s parent again instead of their full-time homework manager
Practical executive function tools and systems that actually work for the ADHD brain
Clearer systems for tracking assignments, homework, and missing work without carrying the entire mental load yourself
Less constant reminding, monitoring, and micromanaging
Less school stress and homework conflict at home
Supporting your child in building more confidence, independence, accountability, and follow-through
A deeper understanding of why your child struggles and how to support them more effectively
Better understanding how to advocate for the right school supports and accommodations, including 504 Plans, IEPs, and learning plans
Going into the next school year feeling more hopeful, prepared, and supported as a parent
Megan’s knowledge base is incredible and she has a great demeanor and wonderful way of communicating. My husband and I learned so much !
