Executive Function Coaching for Adults
Executive function challenges don't end after graduation. We also work with adults seeking support with ADHD, organization, time management, productivity, career transitions, and building sustainable systems for everyday life.
Strength Based Executive Function Support Plan
A personalized, strengths-based plan that highlights your child's interests, strengths, and unique learning profile while providing customized executive function strategies and recommendations. Designed to be shared with teachers, schools, tutors, therapists, and other members of your child's support team, it helps create greater consistency and collaboration across home and school.
-
We begin by developing a thorough understanding of your child's strengths, challenges, and learning profile by reviewing relevant records and collaborating with the important people in their life.
This may include:
Parent interview
Review of neuropsychological and educational evaluations
IEP or 504 plans
Teacher feedback
Academic records
Executive function questionnaires
Collaboration with therapists or other providers (with permission)
-
We communicate with your child's educational team to better understand how executive function challenges are impacting learning in the classroom and identify opportunities for additional support.
-
When appropriate, an in-person classroom observation provides valuable insight into how your child navigates attention, organization, transitions, task initiation, self-regulation, and classroom demands in their natural learning environment.
-
Following the information-gathering process, you'll receive a customized Strength-Based Executive Function Support Plan with practical recommendations tailored to your child.
Recommendations may include:
Executive function strategies
Classroom accommodations
Home support strategies
Environmental modifications
Organizational systems
Learning environment recommendations
Technology tools
Suggested resources
-
We'll review the recommendations together, answer questions, prioritize next steps, and develop an implementation plan for home and school.
We're looking forward to connecting with you.
